I have worked as the Webmaster at Oakland City University since 2008. Aside from my duties as webmaster, I also work with other offices to create marketing pieces.

Website Design

During my time at Oakland City University, the website has been through multiple upgrades. The most recent move the site to a WordPress build, using DIVI as a WYSIWYG editor.

Oakland City University uses Microsites to provide information for a variety of constituents. These microsites are built on wordpress using BeaverBuilder as a WYSIWYG editor.

Alumni Microsite

The microsite for alumni provides access to information from the Alumni Association, as well as updated news related to OCU alumni.

Bands Microsite

bands.oak.edu is a brand new microsite built to market the new marching band to potential students. The site is used for recruitment purposes.

The microsite for the library is an informational site that provides access for students to sign up for library services and access database searches.

Concert Posters

Gospel Night

Oakland City University hosts annual gospel music concerts on campus. As part of the promotion of the event, posters are created each year.

SoulFest

SoulFest is a music event put on by the admissions department, which features popular worship music performers.

Infographics

Infographics are used in a variety of departments across campus. I work with the departments to develop informational graphics that best convey the information they are trying to share.

COVID-19 Infographics

The admissions department uses infographics to help potential students through the admissions process.
